Over the past 20 years working for one of Australia’s largest
financial institutions, Dee was my go-to mentor as I navigated the many corporate challenges throughout my career relating to understanding how to position myself for highly sought after promotions to developing my leadership skills and most importantly, navigating the largest change – redundancy.
After initially coaching me through the very emotional period of understanding how this redundancy would impact my life, I took some time off and was ready to find work again.
I felt I needed a career change but was challenged by not being able to identify what the next path would be. Dee really encouraged me to think outside the box. She worked alongside me to assess my skills, knowledge and key attributes which then led to her presenting different career trajectories to try and highlight what the future could hold.
